Last Friday April 20, a friend of mine and I were on our way to the MotoGP races in Austin when my motorcycle trailer literally broke in half ending up on the ground dragging on the front service. I was pulled over on the side of the road when Chris came over from a gas station where he was filling up and asked if we needed help. When he saw what had happened to the trailer, he told me that he work at a trailer shop just down the road and offered to go get a floor jack to lift the trailer so we could off load the motorcycles. He was back in 10 minutes, he lifted the trailer, we off loaded the bikes and he strapped it together so we could tow it to Flat Rock Trailers. He then told us to go right into the welding service bay where he was able to make the necessary repairs. We went from broke down with no hope to back loaded and on our way in less than two hours. Chris saved our day and our entire trip.

A few weeks back I bought a single axle 5 1/2 x 10' trailer here. They matched the price from anther store that sold the same trailer but then they went a step further. For a minimal cost they were willing to add a couple of features to the trailer I wanted. That sealed the deal for me. We had a schedule delivery date of the following Tuesday and they beat that date by at least 3 days easily. When I did get in to pick up my new trailer, I was able to speak with Martin and his welder about a custom hitch I needed built for my 5th wheel to pull the trailer I just bought from them. As the three of us sat in conference for a good hour to hour and half, a plan was drawn up that would work for the payload I needed to haul. On a hand shake we had a fluid estimate, a date for me to bring in the trailer, finalize the plan, and get the work done the same day. The completed work was done with the care of a master craftsman. The welds were solid and complete, I expected nothing less after seeing the work I had him do on the first trailer (yes, the first trailer was a job interview). The custom hitch was hung evenly across replacing the OEM bumper, but to the eye, you cannot tell it. According to my wife, she thought I just had the bumper repainted. The reinforcements were put in place to support the weight I'll pull pulse an extra 1,500#'s. The over engineering was on purpose to exceed the needed standard of being able to pull 3500# though I won't be loading more than 2K back there. It was great working with true professionals that understood what I needed, how to engineer it, and how to install it completely beyond good enough. It was installed right,. Thank you gentlemen, on budget, on time, and the highest quality. I'm very grateful.

They are the best. Prices are very reasonable . My camper trailer frame was a difficult job (vintage, specialty, out of date, safety issues). The guys at Flat Rock went out of their way to make some upgrades that would still allow all the original body (vintage fiberglass casita) to work. The outcome is fantastic. It has its original frame, but as safe, and good, as a new one. Thanks to all the employees who completed this stage of my restoration. Don't know if I could have got this far without you.

Thanks to the gang at Flat Rock trailers. We had the first Biker Bar in Waco installed on my motorcycle trailer. Its an awesome alternative to spending 30 minutes using unreliable straps that can stretch and let the bike fall on the trailer causing a lot of damage. Just ride up on the trailer and snap you're done. Awesome service and friendly staff.

By far the BEST trailer dealer in Central TX. Was stranded on the side of the road (flat) so I called after hours on a Saturday and they waited until I got there to allow me to purchase two brand new tires and rims.
